What we expect from you:
- Check the surf forecast to ensure that conditions are suitable for your level of surfing (you can reschedule up to 24 hours before the booked time slot)
- Be at the beach at the booked time to meet the photographer in-person before you go into the water.
The booked start time is when you will meet the photographer on the beach for a quick chat. Please be ready to go surfing immediately after this chat.
Refund and cancellation policy for surf photography bookings
Please note that the booking fee is not refundable. However, if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice of your need to cancel, you can reschedule the booking without additional payment. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, e.g.
- Adverse weather conditions for the remainder of your or the photographer’s stay in the location
- No further availability of the photographer
No-shows
If you don’t show up for your booked time slot or are more than 15 minutes late, you will lose any payments you have already made and will need to book a new session.
